The Manager of each Unit of Nursing Home has to perform a multidisciplinary management and has to reach goals. Many times he/she is forced to mainly manage crisis, because he/she does not have access to a system of information that would allow him/her to manage in high level.

In order to help him/her, the System suggests a menu that fits what is established in every Service, with the lowest cost possible. If he/she wishes to change a dish, the system suggests other options that respond to the profile of the Service. The System will calculate the net needs for purchase and will transfer them to Supply Chain that will contact suppliers to get price quotes on the WEB, it will choose the best option and will place the orders via WEB.

Using Lean Management techniques, FSMax has been studying all operational flows for each type of Unit, in order to rationalize such flows and include as much technology as possible in the processes, using smartphone devices, barcodes, HACCP, traceability, etc... FSMax has inserted in a Tablet all information about ongoing processes, so the manager can excel in his/her management, maximizing results. It controls Production Orders, the amount of Consumers up to that moment, if too much material is being used, if quality standards are being respected (HACCP), receives messages from Consumers in case a problem occurs, etc.

By the end of each order, the Manager gets in his/her Tablet / smartphone a series of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as a comparative between planned and real costs (in that day and in the month), planned and real sales, planned and real operational margin, events that impacted the costs in each Nursing Home, etc...

If the Operations Director or Supervisors wish to keep track of the operation of a specific Unit in real time, they might use a Tablet on the WEB to obtain the same information, and at the same time, that the Manager does.

The KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are automatically sent so every hierarchical level in Operations gets the results of his/her area: Supervisors, Regional Directors and the Directorship of Operations. Besides that, they will be sent to all the Directorships of Central Administration, who will be able to access a tool of FSMax System to communicate to the Directorship of Operations their recommendations to improve the performance of a specific Nursing Home, a specific Supervision, a specific Region or the Company as a whole.

If the Nursing Home so desires, it is possible to use the FSMax System tools for Clinical Nutrition to render such service to the residents.

Residents may inform, via smartphone, if they wish to get their meals in their bedroom or at the restaurant.
